Hyrum trout
#1
Had a good late afternoon bite on Hyrum with my brother. We set up along the north shore. I pulled one perch through the hole, after that just lookers. I tied on a silver/green slender spoon and started picking up trout! They really came in anywhere from the bottom to 5 feet. We were in 18 FOW. The last fish of the day was by far my favorite. I checked a hole I had previously drilled I dropped the spoon down to about 7 feet and a big black line popped up on my Showdown, he hammered the spoon. It was a great fight, then released him. He's lucky I didn't wanna clean fish tonight. Fished from 1:30-4:30.

Great report, I'm glad to hear there are still some trout in there. Sounded like a fun afternoon. Later J

I'm glad the bite turned on for you a bit. We went last week right after the storms and the bite was so lite that hooking them was fairly difficult. Thanks for the report.
