Lost at bear lake

Friday night I went out with a few guys to bear lake to see if we could catch some fish. We were south of Sweetwater and my cabela bag full of tackle and 5 ice rods fell out of my sled. Went back the next day and couldn't find it. If anyone saw it or found it on the ice I would appreciate it if you let me know. The bite was slow. Are the fish at bear lake active at night?

Dang! I feel really bad for you! We saw it as we were heading out to fish mid morning Saturday. I asked the closest two guys if it belonged to them and they said it was not. We walked past it and left it be hoping that the owner would show back up while we were fishing. I didn't want to have it in my sled while we were out there and have the rightful owner think we were going to keep it. I told my brother that if it was still there when we left we would grab it and I would post it up on here but after an hour or two we watched those guys pack up and take it with them. Hopefully they will check on here and get it back to you! They seemed like good guys. Sorry man!!
Fishing was pretty slow for us as well. I have wondered about night fishing up there as well but have never tried it. [signature]

Thank you guys for your reply! I haven't heard anything from those guys yet but I'm a lot more relieved knowing that I left it there and that someone didn't steal it from my car the day after! I'll let you guys know if they reach out to me
