I made the mistake of fishing the southwest shore of Deer Creek this morning. I only had one bite, and the fish jumped and spit my swedish pimple lure back at me, and that was that. And I got snagged every time I tried to fish on the bottom. I left when the wind picked up between 10 and 11. Lame.

I gave it a try on the 17th. You had one more bit than me. Not sure what to try. Bait near bottom or lures?
