HIT THE GORGE THIS WEEKEND FISHED IN STATE LINE FRIDAY WAS A BEAUTIFULL DAY SUNNY AND WARM WE PUT 5 FISH AROUND 20LBS ON THE ICE AND A FEW SMALLER ONES TO HAD A GREAT DAY SATURDAY WAS A LITTLE SLOWER I GOT SKUNKED BUT MY PARTNER GOT ONE GOOD FISH AND ONE SMALLER FISH BUT WE LEFT AT NOON TO COME HOME.HAVE SOME PICS ON MY DIGITAL BUT I JUST GOT IT AND DONT KNOW HOW TO DOWNLOAD THEM YET.THE BIGGEST FISH WE GOT THIS TRIP WAS ABOUT 25LBS BUT IT WAS GREAT FUN I HOPE TO GET BACK UP IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS SEEN LOTS OF BIG FISH ON THE SONAR.LOTS OF FISHERMEN OUT ON SATURDAY BUT FRIDAY WE DIDENT HAVE MUCH COMPETITION WILL TRY AND GET THE PICS UP.

Thanks for the report Mac- Attac, that must be exciting pulling one of those big fish through the ice, how big was the ice hole? If you need some help on getting those pictures posted, there are several guys on the site that can heip, all you need to do is ask. WH2

we usually cut 4 eight inch holes so they are all touching and chop out the middle that way you are leagle and still have a 16"square hole.plenty of room for a 20 lb fish but a little tight to get there heads turned up if it is around 25lbs.but we will generally tail them as they swim by the hole.
