Took a few hours this morning to pound the shoreline at Utah Lake and had a great time getting into a bunch of white bass. They were up to about 10 feet out and loved the black Wooley Buggers with some sparkle wrap.

Great idea! I did this with spinning gear for the hour before sunset last night, and I had the thought that it would have been more fun with a fly rod.

It was a blast. I had my bait rod in my truck, but left it behind and was glad I did. Chucking flys was well worth it. Best of luck next time you are out there!
