Willard 11/15
#1
Got skunked last Friday at Willard, so decided to give it another try yesterday morning. Trolled a light colored shad rap outside of Freeway bay and in front of north marina, no takers. Fired up the motor and headed for the light pole. On my first pass along the ledge headed south, caught a 20" wiper. A few minutes later a 16" walleye. Had things to do, so headed home around noon. Willard is a little slow right now, but a few fish are still active.

Way to go, the catching is slow this time of the year at Willard, so to catch a nice wiper and a eye to boot is saying something. Did you happen to notice what the water temp was?

It was in the low 50's along the west dyke.
