We went, we saw, we survived -- tough day today: Getting there - slow - because of lots of fresh snow on highways, almost all the way from SLC, and then especially from Heber to the Marina...Marina to our walk out spot - slow - parking lot hadn't yet been plowed out when we got there, and 2 ft. of fresh, fluffy snow to battle with sleds full of gear....fishing - slow - I guess I had about 10 light hits, and put 3 smaller cutts on the ice, but most of fish seen would just look, then swim off, offering mealworms, waxworms, power bait, butter worms, and cut shrimp today...others we talked to also had similar slow results...Lots of snow and wind almost all the time we were there; our tents were a life-saver...Hoped for better results today -- didn't happen....but I'll be back....7" ice, fishing in 30 FOW..Guluk....
