Hey guys, just wanted to say hi. I've been lurking around here for a while, but decided to join up in case the mood to offer something insightful struck. I'm in So Cal, and do a little saltwater fishing each year, but I'm still a rookie, so I'm sure I'll learn a lot here.

what part of socal do you hail from... we have several anglers on this site that do a lot of saltwater fishing .. on all types of tackle..

..as Dryrod said we have a Ca forum plus several others that may be of interest to you such as float tubing and fly fishing to name a few..

..please feel free to browse and give us your input where ever you see the need to .. and that include any questions that may come to mind..

Thanks guys. I'm from Oceanside. I've got a couple buddies with boats so we get out now and then locally to do some shark fishing, and I've tagged along on the occasional tuna fishing trip out of San Diego. Like I said, I'm a newbie, but having fun learning more about gear & techniques.

That was good,i like really like fishing but i am not staying at the ocean side.When ever i go for spending a holiday , i mostly prefer ocean side because of my hobby fishing.You had two boats that's really interesting, i think you regularly go fishing in the ocean, that's interesting.
