Woodruff Narrows Reservoir (Evanston)
#1
So in the spirit of my last post about the walleyes at Sulphur Creek.

I've decided to share another secret that should be out. Someone illegally planted Yellow Perch in The Narrows within the last 5-6 years. They have taken off in there, and there is a big population of them. A handful of people know about it and target them through the ice.

Once again, a tremendous under-utilized resource. A luxury. The people in SW WY have had to drive really far to find perch or walleye previously. We need more people fishing these lakes so that the game and fish doesn't come in and mess up a good thing by poisoning them. Anyone in this part of WY can tell you, the Narrows has had crap fishing for over a decade. It now has a ton of potential as a perch fishery. Get out there and take advantage of it. [fishon]
