All told I caught 9 trout, 8 browns and a single little rainbow. Here are a few pictures. I wish it was always like this. The larger 2 went 18" and 21". Look at the maw on at last one!
Nice browns, looks like you had a good afternoon on the river. Thanks for sharing your report and pics with us. Did you see many folks out sharing the river with you?

Nice, I'd love to catch a few browns like that again, been awhile since I've caught one. Looks like a great day.

I'm certainly no expert on the different sections of the Weber but imo the lower section would be from the mouth of the canyon in Unita, to the end where the Weber and the Ogden river combine. Especially from the mouth of the canyon to Riverdale. Leaky use to fish this section a lot and did pretty good.

Wiperhunter was right on his assessment. I consider from the mouth of Weber Canyon in Uintah/So. Weber all the way to where it goes under I-15 out by 12th st in Ogden as the lower Weber..
I'm less clear on the middle Weber but I always assumed it was from the mouth of Weber canyon, up to Rockport but I'm not sure

I'm not sure either, but sounds good to me what you described. I rarely fish the Weber above Echo, but do fish places from Croydon all down through Ogden.
