DWR Invasive Species Test for 2023 - NOT!

After several complains, maybe they just switched the dates on the 2022 test so both the 2022 and 2023 show the same year, it might have been easier for them but who knows.

That seems most simple and reasonable, and we all know how adept goverment agencies are to implement such approaches.
