Catfish season starts

Took a friend out fishing for cats at UL.  He can’t remember when or if he ever caught a channel cat. We fished on the handicap ramp and along the North dike with fresh wb meat.  After 8 hours, he got his cat.  Cat is about 7 pounds and healthy looking.
