This is the 2nd time this has happen to me in a 10yr period. My yard is ½ acre, living on a corner I made a rock drive around my backyard going thru one set of double gates from one street going thru to another double gate from the other street. This helps me reduce down from a lot of mowing grass. I started paying for a lawn care service years ago, so I won't deal chemicals which in the past would flare up my asthma. 10yrs ago a disgruntled employee who worked for a well-known care service applied ROUND-UP on my yard and 9 others in surrounding neighborhood which one was a next-door neighbor. This was the scheduled fall feeding winterizing the yards. Yards had started turning yellowish brown after a week. I submitted a complaint as did others. Not much could be done now that winter was setting in but, in the spring, when neighboring yards were coming to life greening up mine was dead. The lawn service made it right for us by removing the sod and installing new sod. I maintained their service for that growing season to make sure the new grass was established, next year in the spring I hired a new lawn care service. I've been using them since. This time for the spring feeding a diluted batch of ROUND-UP was mistakenly used. Their employee admitted to making a mistake before the grass started tuning brown. Owner has acknowledged to my wife of the mistake and vows to make it right. I'm ready to make a deal.
