[angelic] According to Humminbird, For my Matrix 67, I need the 1G906XL3 MMC Gold card so if anyone has this used or knows some one who might be willing to part with the card at a reasonable cost, PLEASE point them in my direction. I thank you for allowing me to post the need here! [cool] UJ

Hey Jesse, I would sway from buying used marine electronics. It's just a thought, but a couple of my friends have had bad luck with used stuff in the past. For the cost, you're better off to go ahead and buy it new.
Both my GPS's are Lowrance and both use Navionics software. Depending on what you're doing, each map has it's advantages. Check out this website:

They have just about everything known to man for GPS and Loran C's and they have reasonable prices and shipping to boot. Alot of times an additional map isn't neccesary depending on the GPS unit. I know my H2O I Finder came with a high quality marine map and structure already programmed in. All I did is purchase charts of the local waters with GPS numbers on it and hand program them in myself. Along with my "quick save" secret hotspots, i've got a rather large base of numbers just from that.

Thats for the tip!
I've found a fella that said he will send me the chip to try and see if I like it. So if its "All That" I'll bite the bullet and find it new or make him an offer to purchase. Trustworthy indeed I am and wouldn't mess him over. I was just hoping to find a lightly used chip and see what the big deal was over the chip. So if its not that big a difference I can do just like you said, enter the co-ordinates from my PC to GPS and just go there. I have not had a lot of water time with the unit and have written to Humminbird a few times with questions and they have been real good about minor problems so far. Thanks again ! UJ
