Finally got to take a neighbor with me fishing to Glendale yesterday and he hadnt been fishing in over 15 years. What a blast. His first cast out, he landed a 15 1/2 LM (forgot to take pic of it[frown]) and from then on, it was katey bar the door. We fished all day and brought home a good number of crappie and 35 huge bluegill that ranged from 8-11 inches. I am guessing we threw back over a hundred bluegill that were alson close to that size. Took a total of 14 LM ranging from 8-15" with most 13-14. Sat in one spot and didnt move for almost 3 hours.[cool][cool][cool]
Not sure when ill get back but hope soon.

Wow. I had no idea fishing for warmwater species could be so good out here. I have been missing the bream (you call them bluegill) and LM fishing.
How far is Glendale from Pocatello? Do you have to have a boat? Will a float tube work?
Thanks and congrats on the good catch!

Pokie to Preston isn't that far. Tube should get you into them as long as you are there before the skiers are up.

Great report and pics.
Make sure you keep your pics to 300k or less by resizing them. See the sticky note at top of board.
Thanks
