DC Wallsburg arm

Anyone know why the Wallsburg arm entrance is closed off? One of my favorite spots to hit.

Was there Friday and saw only Wakeless buoys across the mouth but nothing that closed the Wallsburg arm.

Sorry I misunderstood!
So were you intending to fish from shore and did you find the other parking area towards the state park and walk down to the middle\end of the Wallsburg arm? How was the fishing? From boat Friday the wife and I brought home three rainbows and caught 4 others that were released.
