[#0000FF]It is a bit early for the white bass to really start massing up for the spawn. Water temps have been 50 or lower. They well get a lot more active when the temps pass 55 on the way to 60.

That being said, there have been a few showing up near the inlets from tributaries...waiting to go upstream to spawn. You might launch at Lindon and work north to where Battle Creek comes out from the culvert and enters the lake. Or you can go a ways further to where the water treatment plant dumps in the processed water. That often holds some white bass.

There should be some showing up at the mouth of the American Fork River...at American Fork Harbor. But, like all the other potential spots, it is not likely to be very good this weekend after the next round of winter weather.

If you go south to Lincoln Beach there could be some white bass off the first spring...or out off the inlet from Benjamin Slough. A couple of anglers reported success on white bass there this past week.

Let me know if you need maps or directions to any of these areas.

A good bet to get some whites would be the same harbor tube (dic#)) said.... battle creek is a great place to start,,north of the harbor. The sewer plant has all ways produced for me... but most people pass up some of the best sposts. The rocks all around every harbor. You have a chance their to separate from the jungle of people and your kid's can even practice without interference from outhers.. good luck and let us know how ya do.

Your best bet is Saratoga private harbor right now. There are ways in there if you can get by the crusty looks of the residents out there. They never seem to amaze me.
