First Time fishing Soda Lake Pinedale

Hi all
First time posting so please bear with me.

This coming weekend we will be heading over to Pinedale to do some camping/fishing at Soda Lake. Havent done much lake fishing since moving to Wyoming.
Looking for some tips/advise for some shore fishing with the kids.
Lures, baits, etc.

We also have a kayak so getting out in the water is an option though its not really set up for fishing so would not be ideal.


Any tips or help much appreciated
