Few striped marlin and few sailfish this week.
Dorado
Dorado fishing still very good, catching the limit every day, good sizes ranging from 15 pounds up to 35 pounds, few 50 pounds, caught from the Lighthouse to Los Arcos using lures, ballyhoo, and live bait.
Tuna
Few tuna starting to show.
Wahoo
Few wahoo starting to show, we caught a 30-pound Wahoo on Thursday.
Rooster
No reports of Rooster catches this week.
Inshore
A few skipjacks and dorado.

Weather:
For Cabo San Lucas in the coming week the average daytime maximum temperature will be around 33°C, with a high for the week of 35°C expected on the afternoon of Saturday 7th. The mean minimum temperature will be 24°C, dipping to its lowest on the morning of Friday 13th at 22°C. Expect the coming week to have mixed overhead conditions with some days dry and some seeing a significant amount of rain. The indicators are that Monday 13th will have the most precipitation with an accumulation of around 32.0mm. On the whole winds are likely to be moderate.

Grilled Dorado with Mango Salsa
Embark on a culinary journey with the exquisite flavors of Grilled Dorado, paired with a refreshing Mango Salsa that will transport your taste buds to a tropical paradise.
Ingredients:
4 Dorado fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
For the Mango Salsa:
1 ripe mango, diced
1/2 red onion, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced (adjust to your spice preference)
Juice of 2 limes
1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS:
Grilled Dorado:
Step 1:
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
Step 2:
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, ground cumin, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
Step 3:
Brush the Dorado fillets with the marinade on both sides.
Step 4:
Place the fillets on the grill and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until the fish is cooked through and has a nice grill mark.
Mango Salsa:
Step 1:
In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, finely chopped red onion, diced red bell pepper, minced jalapeño pepper, fresh cilantro, and lime juice.
Step 2:
Season the salsa with salt and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning to your preference.
Serving:
Serve the Grilled Dorado fillets hot, topped with a generous scoop of the zesty Mango Salsa. The perfectly grilled fish paired with the vibrant mango salsa creates a culinary masterpiece that will transport you to a tropical paradise.
TROPICAL BREEZE
Pineapple Rum Punch
Enjoy the refreshing vibes of a Tropical Breeze with a Pineapple Rum Punch that beautifully complements your Grilled Dorado with Mango Salsa.
Ingredients:
2 ounces white rum
4 ounces pineapple juice
1 ounce orange juice
1/2 ounce grenadine syrup
Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry for garnish

If you wait till the day you are fishing and go to the dock where your boat is many times people will mislead you to another boat or dock trying to put you on a boat that was not meant for you. You need to have a person guide you to your boat, who is from a reputable charter company. This way there is no confusion or misleading. Please remember when renting Sport fishing boats in Cabo that you rent your boat from reputable and established business. Walk into a fishing fleet office and ask questions about what you are getting and what are the costs. You don't want to rent boats from vendors in the streets and you do not want to book through shady websites offering you the world. Check through travel forums about reputable fishing fleets to deal with. Look for testimonials about the fleet your booking, your charter with. Ask about what will the boat be supplying? Will it include beverages or lunches? How much does it cost to fillet your catch? Check to see if charter boat is insured? Ask about getting your catch smoked? Check cost of a fishing license. These are just a few things to consider when booking your charter boat. We will be talking more about this in the next weeks fishing report.
