Fished willard today with BLM. had a 20+ fish day. using various lures trolling 3mph, i figured if anyone could help me get the willard skunk off it was Rich, thanks rich, water temp was 65-67* trolled all over the west side. nothing of any size. but still fun to catch.

I saw you guys cruise by this morning, you were heading towards the west dike from the feed lot or the marina. I recognized BLM's boat,we were near the island at that time. What a beautiful day.
