Skim of ice at Rockport

Drove by Rockport today around noon. Was hoping to give my electric drill auger a test run before heading out 40 east tomorrow. 30- 40 % of the water is covered in a skim of ice. Only safe if your a duck.

should have drove over to echo. could have tried the drill... its solid!!!!

south end is over 6 inches. north capped 3 days ago so at least 3. going to fish it today.
