[#0000FF]Glad you like the recipe. As I think I state in the writeup it is flexible. You can use almost any kind of fish or other seafood...clams, oysters, octopus, crawdads, shrimp...whatever. Ditto for additional veggies (like celery or carrots)...and for spices and seasonings. Knock yerself out.
