Echo Reservoir: The reservoir's water level is low and only shore fishing is available. All ramps are closed and boats can't be launched. On Oct. 18, an algal bloom warning was announced for this reservoir. Please be sure to clean fish thoroughly and discard the guts. (10-20-17)
