I read this in the paper this morning hopefully the 2 million in upgrades will cleanup the surrounding area.

I sent Mr. Maffly an email on this and will report back on what he further clarifies if he responds.

And for the record, I fully support making Echo Reservoir a State Park.[/#][/font]
