My son and i headed out to Pelican Lake this afternoon and the bass were hot. Don't really know how many we caught but we did real well. With my wife and Daughter out of town we have been baclolors. So my dumb idea let's have our own bassmasters classic right here on Pelican, loser does the dishes for the next 3 days. Wel guess who is doing the dishes, you got it me because Jacob gave me an old fashioned whoopin!!!
They were buttoning on senko purple with a chartreuse tail and top water later in the evening.

I didn't target them but others were catching them not as big as they used to be.

We’ve been keep some of our catch for the past couple years and we’ve seen little to no worms in the meat.
