[#0000FF]Is your garden puking zucchini all over the place? Or are your friends, neighbors and/or relatives leaving boxes of zucchini on your doorstep after dark?[/#0000FF]

[#0000FF]For me it has been all of the above. So I have been experimenting with new ways of fixing them so it ain't the same ol' same ol'. One of the best things I have tried recently is adapting a recipe for cauliflower cheese bread to work with zucchini. First try was a big hit with all who tried it.

[#0000FF]Hint: It is great as is, but I like to hit it with some Cholula sauce...or something with even more heat.

[#0000FF]I already glow. But probably from my frequent dunkings in Utah Lake.

My sister has a recipe for chocolate cake. It makes it really moist and delicious.

[#0000FF]Loooooove chocolate cake. Only problem is that it loves me too. I am probably 30% chocolate cake by body weight.[/#0000FF]

[#0000FF]My neighbor (who also grows LOTS of zucchini) has a wife who makes super zucchini bread.[/#0000FF]

[#0000FF]I am sure there are a lot of recipes in which adding some moist zucchini might improve texture and dryness.

[#0000FF]Doesn't everybody? What most gardeners need, more than a zucchini recipe, is a list of good ways to "download" their surplus.[/#0000FF]

[#0000FF]Mighty generous of you to offer, though.

Could you deliver to Spanish Fork? You know where I live. Just leave them by the fishing poles if I'm not here [sly].

The older I get the more I would rather be considered a good man than a good fisherman.
