The web cam does not work like the last post that boat has been there a long time

yes you can launch a boat, Swim Beach area is ice free, Linwood is still breaking up. The canyon to Pipeline still has ice, and the canyon to the south still has ice. But it is getting better everyday.

I don't think it ever froze this year. We were there in mid February catching rainbows from the shore at swim beach
