Great day at Scofield

Three of us hit Scofield Friday afternoon for a 4 hour trip. Fished at the PLACE with white and pearl tubs tipped with chub. A little slow for the first hour but picked up about 6. We ended up with 1 chub and 49 cuts. Almost all of the cuts were in the slot and most were about16 inchers and thick. Biggest of the day was about 18inches. The chub and about 6 cuts were caught on a gold kast master three on PB the rest on tube jigs. Fun three 1/2 hours. Water depth was 10 ft. Close to the willows.

Did you have a hard time finding 10 ft of water with it being so high this year?? Sounds like a great day.

Nice man, sounds fun. Were you on shore or on a boat?

In the boat on the west side. We had to be close to the shore to find 10 ft. Of water, but the fish were there and a lot of the time we could see 5 or 6 fighting for the jig below the boat. .
