Awesome day on Weber

Had an incredible day on the Weber.
Water level had finally come up a few inches and it made a huge difference.
Caught well over 30 fish with several of them over 17-18 in.
The net in the pics is 20 inches long.

Nymphs.
I have fished the Weber for about 26 years now and can count the number of times I have used a dry on one hand.  I've just never found the Weber to be very good (ha, I'm not the one very good) for dry.
While I was fishing and having that incredible day I saw massive numbers of bugs hatching out.  I did see a few fish hitting the surface bugs....that is where my next cast would go and would usually end up with a fish on the nymph.
Going to head back up again tomorrow and Thursday!

Nice for sure. Did you have to fight a lot of snow for good access to the river?
