Heber-Kamas Ranger District Two new Barracuda fish cleaning stations were recently installed at Soldier Creek Boat Ramp and Aspen Grove Boat Ramp at Strawberry Reservoir. These new units were purchased by obtaining Division of Outdoor Recreation Boating Access Grant funds and matching that funding with concession generated Granger-Thye funding, and URC funding. All of the labor to demo existing cleaners and install new cleaners was completed by Utah Recreation Company. We look forward to working with our valuable partners to continue addressing other deferred maintenance needs and making additional improvements at other locations around Strawberry Reservoir in the near future.

Now, if they could just get people to use some common sense in using them.

Hopefully the common sense is it is now allowable to fillet Kokes there as long as you leave skin on!

They (Utah Recreation Co) have already raised fees every year since they took over the lease. Why would you expect anything different.

Raised the fees and made absolutely no improvements. The docks are in shambles, and they never opened the bathrooms on the northwest corner of the Strawberry Bay lot this year. Not to mention no fish-cleaning station this year either.

The vault toilets, in the northwest corner of the Strawberry Bay lot, were built for winter use and are only open during the colder months, when the main restrooms are closed so that the plumbing doesn't freeze.
