Where to go ice fishing Monday?

Any suggestions anyone? Can I pull a sled of gear out on Rockport or will I ruin my sled? Also, anyone heard of any Crappie at Pineview this year.


Also, I fished the berry last friday from noon till 5 pm. Just stayed near the marina and caught around 10 fish between me and my mom. Fished mostly in 45 ft of water and used various white jigs. Not a bad day and beautiful weather.

[cool]When you say ruin your sled, are you talking about a snowmobile? If that's what you mean, then yes you would ruin it at Rockport 'cause there ain't much snow. If you mean the sled that you pull out onto the ice, I don't know how you could ruin that unless you dragged it behind your car all the way home!

I'd recommend Rockport. The Perch fishing is very good right now. Go out about 40-55 ft.
