Natalie and I went to Current Creek this morning, got there at about 8 am. Never marked any fish, never got any bites. at 11:30 her and I thought about either running to Pelican or back down road to the Berry. That was a nice thought!!! We got my blazer buried in the snow up to the axils after 4 1/2 hours and help from some other folks up there I am finally home. To top it off all the guys coming off the lake said about the time natalie and i got to our vehicles the fishing turned red hot.

Bummer Man! You had the right idea, staying away from the hoards at the Rock. To bad you didn't get out on the ice though. Where were you at when you got stuck. Pelican or the Berry? DKS.

We got stuck at Current Creek, we made the mistake of pulling down by the gate on the dam. It was nice and compacted and crusted over, but as the day went on, the snow/ice softened up and we were there. there was two others also stuck, but the luckily got out with chains and more clearance than me and thankfully pulled my dumb--- out
