Boysen Res. Wyoming
#1
I am planning a holiday ice fishing trip to Boysen res. near Thermopolis. I heard a lot of good reports last year and am interested in chasing jumbo perch for a couple of days. If any of you have any advice or experience with this res. let me know. I am planning on fishing it after Christmas and would like to hone in on a particular area of the lake seeing how it has 76 miles of shoreline it could be a little overwelming going in blind. Thanks ahead of time for any help you could offer.

I will be posting this message on the Wyoming, Idaho, Utah, and Montanna boards to try and get some info.

Thanks

the road commision has placed some structure in the lake,

the location is just south of Tough Creek in the first small bay, give this a try if you are looking for crappie.

I have never fished there, but I would try there by the elk antler inn,

just straight off richards st and s5th street, I just like the way it looks. thats if that area freezes during the winter.
