we just drove past a Newton tonight and it looks to be totally capped. At the boat ramp there were several smaller rocks thrown out so watch your augers[pirate] I would say 1.5-2" so by this weekend it should be good to go? M.H.

Jamie I've never ice fished Newton and would love to give it a try. I haven't heard of any success over on that pond for a while though. Anybody do any good over there?
