We fished Echo just north of the marina on the east side of the lake. Trout would come thru 10 to 20 feet down about every 20 minutes. Perch on the bottom at 30 feet all morning. Used perch colored forage jigging spoon and rat finkees tipped with perch meat. Kept 4 17" trout and 24 5" to 11" perch. 8" of ice and edge was slushey for about 3'. Bite started about 8 am. Good luck. Note: kept all perch, at 30' their probably dead from swollen swim bladder even if you release them.
