[Wink]Fished Willard this morning. Bad day for fishing. It was cold, windy, snowy. No runs, hits, or errors. Well at least got my boat out to see how she runs. Runs good.Water was only 41 degrees.

[cool][#0000ff]Probably felt good to be back in the boat, even if the fish didn't wanna play.[/#0000ff]

[Smile]Ya it was good to get the crestliner out. Let's shoot for a day like maybe middle of next week. Let's let things warm up a little bit. What would be a good day for you Tubedude? Give me a holler.

Can I come? [angelic] I was planning on going to Holmes Creek on Tuesday, but that's just because it's close and small - perfect for my first trip out. But hey, if there's a party gettin' set up, I'll go a bit extra distance.
I might could go Wednesday, but I might have to work. Won't know until Monday afternoon. Could see about Thursday, too, even.

I assembled my new pole last night...I'm all rarin' to go!

If I remember right, I saw something about having to pay to get into Willard Bay... is that right? If so, how much is it?

It is $9 i think right now. A bit rediculous for what you get with the low water.[Sad]

The day use fee for Willard is $10. It varies by Park with the lowest I saw at $5 and the highest at $10. That's why the $75 Annual Pass is such a bargin. You get into all but one of the State Parks on a day basis for nothing. And this year, if you camp at any State Park you get a $2 per night camping discount 7 days a week.

The annual pass is the best bargin you will ever get from the state.
