Thanks. It was a redfish (red drum) out of Charleston, SC last summer. We were just bottom fishing, but with a guide that knows the tides & currents in the chucktown harbor really well. The charter actually goes toward charity, you can read more

My son caught this 30 lb Soft Shell turtle from a very flooded river with a Strawberry Boilie, didn't get a single carp though lol. But it was fun to watch him get it up to the bank, especially on a Zebco 203,these guys feel like buicks on the end of your line.[fishin]
