weekend at Willard

Hey - Whats up at Willard. Fished Friday and Saturday and the fishing sucked. Any one have consistent success? I'm guessing since there are no reports here I was not the only one that had a bad weekend (as far as #'s go).

Ponchik and I were up there saturday morning, trolled from the light pole all the way back to the south marina and guess how many hits we got? NONE! crazy. as we were pulling back into the marina Dev (ponchik) made a cast towards shore and hooked into a 20 inch walleye! the first one he'd ever caught and it at least eased the pain of an incredibly slow day. Everyone we talked to did about as well, so yeah. Oh well, chalk another day up to learning i suppose.

me and a couple of my buddies hit willard this morning from 6-11 and caught 7 wipers an eye and a crappie.
