The PIG 7-4-09

Uncle Dan, Dad and I decided to hit up Porcupine this morning for some Kokes and maybe some trout. We were on the water at 0635 and had a Koke on within 30 minutes. We ended up with only 3 Kokes in the boat, one long line release and one (dont know what it was) had up to about 75 feet behind the boat (could not see what it was) and it took all the gear, pop gear and all!!![mad] All in all a nice day on the water. Did remember the camera, but didnt catch anything unusual like the Hammer Head at Oneida yesterday[:p][Wink]!!!

P.S. I had the opportunity to meet taximan at his house on the way home, so if you read this Jim it was really nice to meet you and maybe we could get out on the water sometime when I get back from down range!!! Oh yeah, in that box is a certificate along with the flag so dont throw that away[Wink]!!!

Hey ts, I was up there yesterday as well. I was in my Rienell deep-v with the rocky mountain tackle/Radical Glow decals on the sides. My dad was up there as well in his yellow and white tri-hull. We didn't do all that well either. But did manage a few good "pig" kokes.

Uhhhhhh.........Ohhhhhhhhh............Ahhhhhhhhhhh..........okay, I will come clean, yes it was. Can't blame a man when he is going to be away from The Silver Bullet's for about 4-6 months right??? All that matters is that I had a great weekend with the old man right?

I think you've definitely earned that right. Nice choice in beer too. I'm glad I'm not the only one that likes to "vent" while I fish. Take care of yourself and thank you for your service.

I hear ya, I only "Vent" when I have someone else in the boat willing to drive. You know how it is, being responsible and all!!![Wink]
