Blacksmith?

I have fished the Blacksmith a few times and have actually done quite well on it. I only know of a couple small stretches near the mouth of the canyon that has public access. Is there any public access higher up at all? I have a friend whose family owns land up there and he keeps telling me he is going to take me up there and show me where it is and let me go up whenever I want after that, but our schedules haven't matched up yet.

There's actually quite a bit of accessible water further up the canyon. You just have to get past all the trailer parks people have made up there. It's actually a pretty nice stretch of stream, and you may find some cutts up higher as well.
