It took some time to unfreeze my fingers to make this post.
My day on the water was a good one.we fished the morning bite at wolftever bridge
It was so,so caught alot of small crappie. My partner likes to fish for bass only,so
the bite for him was zero at our first stop.
Made a run to fish a dock, were the bite might be a little stronger so my partner can get the fill for a crappie bite.
We got some nice fish there, some over 13 in. dock was in 18 ft. of water
When they turned off,we tried a bluff area..zero there
Fished one more dock in hopes of given him the fill of crappie fishing.
It was the right place for a rookie..2-small mouth 1-drum 3-spot bass and 25 crappie all over 11 in.
1\32 jig bg-bleeding shad and pearl with dip tail at 8-12 count worked.
My partner caught his biggest crappie 13 1\2 in. It was also the most crappie he had ever seen caught.
we had 54 fish landed on a COLD DAY. emoBang
