any ice at flaming yet? Mostly buckboard? i want to go catch some barbot and early lakers. has anyone ever caught smallies through the ice there?

We were out at Firehole yesterday evening from about 5:00 until 9:30. We found the ice to be between 13" and 15". We only had 2 bites and did not catch any. Another group only caught 3 that evening.
