Slush Monster Jr at UL

Got a late start to UL today. Didn't arrive until 11-ish. Hit Pumphouse & AmFk. Very few fishermen & even fewer fish. Worst part is the earlier-than-usual appearance of the dreaded Slush Monster. Still a good 5-6" of ice, but above is a crystalized cap you break thru to stnad in 2" of water.
Could have used a deep-V to navigate AmFk parking lot.
Might be a wakeles buoy there tomorrow. Near 40-deg sunny highs not helping matters.

Was at Lindon at about the same time, had the same slush, and the same result.

It was a good way to spend the lunch break, but wished the catching was as good as what was reported for yesterday.
