Over the last year or so I've been trying to decide what kind of boat I needed or even if I did get a boat if I would even use it or would it just set in the yard like a lot of boats you see. Well last month I deciced on a second hand Classic Accessories Tieton pontoon. It filled my needs of not spending a lot of money to see if I liked fishing from a small pontoon.
Well, I just love fishing this way. I'm close to the water, I'm not making much noise, I see lots of fish the the lake, and best of all, I'm all by myself fishing.

Why is it called a PONTOON? It looks like a "U" tube to me.

I see Classic Accessories now sells a tube called Tieton. Back when mine was built the CA Tieton model was a toon. Looks similar to a TU Colorado.

Glad to be here. Thank you.
I'm just finding the pleasure of float/toon fishing that most of you have already have known.
In Southern Michigan.
