I was there yesterday, the ice was not the safest. It has actually melted a bit with the snow laying on top with the sun beating down on it. I didnt dare sit in one spot for very long as it appeared there was water coming up on the ice where I was at. Edges were breaking everywhere. If you do go you might want to take a plank to get to the safer ice.. Give it a couple weeks. We need some colder temps to get it safe again. On the other hand fishing was also slow. Caught 4 fish in 7 hours of fishing and the biggest barely went 17"
