The fishing would be great...if you could launch. The ramp at blowout ends and there is a LOT of mud before you reach water. Calamity is closed, you could launch at Alpine, but I wouldn't take that chance. Well at least I didn't get my Idaho mussel sticker yet !

Why is Calamity closed ? I know the road across the dam is . You should still be able to drive around on Fall Creek road and get there . Curt G.
