Tried to launch my boat from the willow campground in Lehi last night and it was all blocked off with a sign that said "keep out - boats only". Anyone know why, its not like the river is flowing uncontrolably or unusually fast. I ended up launching from the pelican bay boat ramp, what a madhouse. We ended up with 2 cats for the night on chub minnows.
