Im going to the tourny saturday and was wondering if the ice is thick enough for four wheelers and if the whole reservoir is capped? I assume it will be ok because of the years past but would like a guarantee before I go. Thanks for any and all replies. FYI the tourny is full.....but every year I've gone they let people sign up there.

The ice is 12-14 inches thick. I saw plenty of wheelers on it Saturday.

Saturday there was over a foot of ice everywhere we drilled holes. There are a couple of pressure ridges in between the dam arm and the island. Good luck in the tournament.
