Word on the street is that the Lindon boat harbor has open water.

Both Lindon and AF harbors are ice free and usable. you can check Provo by calling the State park . I would suspect that it is pretty close if not open due to the warm weather and the wind of the last few days.

Lindon has been open for quite some time, but it has been very windy out there lately. I just got a small boat, got everything out there... carried the boat from the bed of my truck down a trail to a good place to launch, and then the waves picked up really bad. Go in the early morning when the lake is still glassy (but even then you should always check the live lake view cameras to see what the water is like)

Spent a couple hours at Provo harbor today. Fishing was great, catching sucked, and not even a hint of skim ice any where. There were even a couple empty trailers in the parking lot.
