So I kept asking questions on a Kokanee board but I was wanting info on Brownlee res. Someone told me to come here that there was someone here who was "in the know" so here I am.

and I am REALLY wanting to go fishing with my hubby.[fishin] He heard Brownlee had great crappie , then, catfish, now I see bass too... I CANT WAIT.
But now the hard part.... I live far enough away that it is only a trip we can take a few times a year....
But no worries WE WILL BE FISHING in other places as well!. We have an outboard on a 16 foot crestline.. hubby and I absolutly LOVE to fish. we also are truck "campers" just a bed in the truck bed with a shell. But it works great and means we can go farther and be gone a bit longer than before... so here we are and we are all ready to go..
NOW to get the info !!

Welcome. I think you'll have to wait a while longer to go to Brownlee. It is currently 53' below full pool and boat launching is a problem. The next two reservoirs downstream are also good fishing that you might enjoy. Take a look at Oxbow and Hells Canyon reservoirs.

You can find lots of information about Brownlee on the Idaho Power Co. website: http://www.idahopower.com/OurEnvironment/WaterInformation/Reservoir/
